iPhone hacked in less than 20 sec

If I say iphone is ruling the mobile phone world for more than 70%, I am sure that you cannot disagree. If you see 10 people holding a mobile phone in a public place, among 10 majorities will be carrying iPhone. It’s famous for its touch use and music output.

There was a Pwn2Own contest held recently for 2010. It’s a competition for hackers.

Weinmann, a 32-year-old from the University of Luxembourg, collaborated with Iozzo (a 22-year-old Italian researcher from Zynamics) on the entire process — from finding the vulnerability to writing the exploit. They won $15,000 first prize .

How do they hack is like iPhone user was requested to visit a website thru iPhone browser and with no other input from the user they stole the phone's entire database of sent, received and even deleted text messages in less than 20 seconds, they also added that they could easily lift personal contacts, emails and your bla bla photos as well.

As the rule they have in the contest the winning formula will go only to Apple for further study. Hope they will do a good study and save us from hacking.

• How does Torrent Work?

Answer me for this now; did you ever uploaded/downloaded any video or software’s from net? If yes then you might have came across the concept of Torrent. Yes, today we are gonna see about Torrent.

Most of my friends who use torrent, doesn’t know how torrent work but they upload and download files 24X7. Today let’s see how it works in simple.

What is torrent and how it works? ( will see some sort story)

Torrent is a protocol that enables fast downloading of large files using minimum Internet bandwidth. As like other download methods, Torrent maximizes transfer speed by gathering pieces of the file you want and downloading these pieces simultaneously from people who already have them in their PC.

This process makes the download speed much faster and huge files can be downloaded in less bandwidth. Each computer works as a server here. Data will be downloaded from different computer.

Let’s taken an example, you are trying to download a movie (500MB) from a server XYZ. When you start downloading it  the transfer speed is affected by a number of variables, including the type of protocol, traffic on the server and the number of other computers that are downloading the file. If the movie is popular then the demands on the server are great, and the download will be slow as many will be downloading it simultaneously.

In Torrents we have the below concept

1. Seeders
2. Peers
3. Leeching

Who are seeders?

Let’s consider an example like you has a movie and you have uploaded the torrent file. Your computer is seeder here. It’s nothing but a computer which has the complete file. Each torrent file should have at least one seeder.

Who is Peers?

That who has a portion of the file is called as peers that are usually in the process of downloading the file. The moment you start downloading a file from seeder your computer is Peer. Peers upload at a much slower rate than they download. The more peers/seeders the more speed you have your files downloaded.

What is leeching?

Some people download files and immediately disconnect without allowing others to obtain files from their system (which is not good), is called leeching
